Our Adult Classes offer a dynamic blend of strength training, gymnastics, and conditioning, ensuring a full-body workout that keeps you engaged and challenged. Each session incorporates diverse barbell movements and varied conditioning exercises, guaranteeing a unique experience every time. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with scalable progressions for every movement to help you achieve your personal best.

Class schedule
Adult Fitness classes are held every weekday morning, afternoon, and evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Our Programming
Each daily workout, or WOD ("workout of the day"), is unique and incorporates elements of strength training, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. You can expect to see exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses with barbells, alongside kettlebell swings, box jumps, and rowing. No matter your current fitness level, our expert coaches will guide you through scaled versions of each movement, ensuring a challenging yet achievable workout that helps you reach your goals.
Endurance
Our daily workouts are focused on high-intensity movements designed to help you maximize your endurance over time. Our expert coaches can help you prepare for your next big event like a triathlon, the Warrior Dash or the Spartan run.
Weightlifting
Work on foundational strength and gain power with weightlifting routines included in our adult fitness program. We'll teach you the proper techniques so you build muscle and gain strength with a reduced chance of injury.
Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning plan increases power and speed while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.
